Short-Term Rental Content License Agreement - Look Around Media

This license is issued by Look Around Media (“Licensor”) to the purchaser (“Licensee”) for the use of photographic content associated with the property located at:

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the licensed images solely for the purpose of marketing the above property as a short-term rental.

Permitted uses include:

• Airbnb

• VRBO

• Direct booking websites

• Property management platforms

• Personal website or social media promoting the rental
  

2. Image Quantity

This license applies to up to 30 selected images, as chosen by the Licensee from the provided proofing gallery.

3. Restrictions

This license applies exclusively to the property listed above and does not extend to any other property, even if owned or managed by the Licensee.

The images may not be used for:

• MLS listings or any Sale Marketing

• Long-term rental listings

• Commercial advertising unrelated to the rental

• Transfer or resale to third parties
  
  Images may not be altered beyond basic cropping or minor color adjustments.

4. Ownership

All images remain the copyrighted property of Look Around Media.
No ownership rights are transferred under this license.

5. Term

This license is valid for the duration of the Licensee’s use of the property as a short-term rental, unless revoked for misuse.

For clarity, this license automatically terminates upon sale of the property or cessation of its use as a short-term rental.

6. Acceptance

Payment of the associated invoice constitutes full acceptance of this license agreement.
